The Infiniti QX Impresses with Size and Luxury

These days, it seems automakers are downsizing everything - from the engine to the vehicle itself. And, while Infiniti understands the trend in favor of fuel-efficiency, they don't see that there's no room left in the lineup for bigger cars. Hence the recent revamp of the Infiniti QX56, an SUV that has a large sense of style and luxury to match its powerful engine and spacious interior.

But let's start with the basics: the Infiniti QX 56 is powered by a hefty 5.6-liter V8, sending 400 horsepower to the rear wheels (or all of them, depending on your personal preference), via a seven-speed automatic transmission. A third row of seats allows plenty of room for extra passengers, or fold them down for even more cargo space.

One reviewer at the Phoenix Business Journal remarks, "The cabin is remarkably quiet and the ride smooth for a big SUV."1 She goes on to applaud the comfortable captain's chairs that are the front seats, the plentiful amenities and available technology features like two seven-inch monitors and heated second-row seats to make those longer road trips even more comfortable.

That's on top of the standard leather seats, navigation, around-view camera, voice recognition, sunroof, and three-zone climate controls.

We could talk about it for days, but the only way to truly do it justice is to take it for a spin. And that is the very reason that the team here at Passport Infiniti of Alexandria invites you to slide into the driver's seat of any of the new Infiniti models  we have here in our showroom at 160 S Pickett Street Alexandria, VA 22304.
